José Flores

By Naomi Martinez

José Flores is a student in Jess Gorzelitz’s Physical Activity and Cancer Survivorship (PACS) Lab. Gorzelitz is an assistant professor in the Department of Health and Human Physiology in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Flores joined the lab because he is passionate about strength training, particularly in vulnerable populations, and is also interested in supplementation strategies that support health and performance.

Learn more about José’s home country, experience, and advice for other incoming HHP international students in this Q&A.
